These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Level 10 Overhead Door website (the "Site") and any service request you submit through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Level 10 Overhead Door is a licensed and insured California contractor (CA Contractor #1075875) providing garage door, commercial overhead door, and automatic gate installation, repair, and maintenance services in San Jose and the greater Bay Area.
This Site is provided for informational purposes and to let visitors learn about our services and request a quote. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its normal operation.
Submitting a form on this Site or calling us is a request for a quote or service appointment—it is not a binding contract. Pricing discussed before an in-person inspection is an estimate only; final pricing is confirmed once we've assessed the actual job on site. A service request form is processed through Workiz, a third-party scheduling platform; see our Privacy Policy for details.
Where a manufacturer's warranty applies to a door, opener, gate, or other product we install (for example, LiftMaster, Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, C.H.I., Hörmann, or Midland products), that warranty is provided and administered by the manufacturer—not by Level 10 Overhead Door. Warranty terms, coverage, and claims are subject to the manufacturer's own policies. Any labor warranty we separately provide on our workmanship will be communicated to you directly as part of your service agreement.
The content on this Site—including text, images, logos, and design—is owned by Level 10 Overhead Door or used with permission, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without our written permission.
This Site links to or embeds third-party services, including our service-request form (Workiz), review platforms (Google, Yelp), and social media (Facebook, Instagram). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party services.
